My first thought on reading the above was that Hayley should have sent Roger as a ringer - do ya think she would have had her house (eeerrrr flat ) by now?

Hayley always impresses me with the diplomatic way she puts things - that is for sure.

"I was going to buy a house in London but it fell through. It's so frustrating! I'm more grown-up now - I've been renting and having to deal with companies like BT and paying bills are toughening me up. I feel pretty normal but at times, when talking to other 19-year-olds, I feel a bit distant because I've done so much and experienced so much.

"I've had to grow up quickly through my work with Unicef, performing and talking to crew members who tend to be older. But I still like to do normal teenage things like going out and letting my hair down."

Did anyone else pick up Hayley's comment on last night's Classic FM interview that she said her flat purchase had fallen through TWO days ago?

As we already knew that one had fallen through (in early February) are we to assume that a second one has come to nothing?

If so, Hayley did say in the interview that she had found something better

Considering her extensive tour in the US with Celtic Woman followed by a promotional tour in Japan, NZ & Australia, I highly doubt she had the time to find her flat.

In accordance with the title of this thread, our only interest in Hayley's property is whether the front door is Green or Black. However, the answer to both questions is not for public consumption unless she choses to make it so. Green and Blacks chocolate, however, IS for public consumption whether Hayley says so or not!

But, Roger, if you look at posts 62 and 63 in the thread about her new home, Hayley herself intermixes the terms and these are public pronouncements. It is only those public pronouncements of her own--or reportedly of her--to which I refer.

Actually, while I did take note of these minor attempts at humor I have found that they now have a diminished effect.....as I am at work however, I will ask my staff to see if they have the key to continued harmony on this thread.
