Hi everyone,
The current UK Tour programme includes a summary of what Hayley is likely to be doing throughout 2006. Please note, this is according to plans as they currently stand but does not guarantee specific details:
"The new year starts with a brief family holiday in New Zealand followed by a New Zealand tour. The end of January sees the start of a worldwide tour with male quartet Il Divo, taking in North America (February), a few solo dates in Canada (early March), followed by more dates with Il Divo in Australia, Ireland (late March), the UK (April), and Europe (late April/May).
"Sometime during this period Hayley is scheduled to record some new music with orchestra. In February, she'll perform in a Shakespeare tribute Food of Love with Dame Judi Dench, in London, for PBS television in the US.
"The second half of 2006 will be spent touring around the world, including the UK, Germany, Japan, and North America (and quite a few places that she hasn't been to before)."

Thanks Roger! I wonder what music she's going to record? Also, what is Food of Love? I can't wait to see it though. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIf I am not mistaken this comes from a quote from Shakespeare: "If music be the food of love, play on." So basically, it's a Shakespeare tribute, with music, and the title provides the relevance. Keith.

Thanks Roger for the update (and a Happy New Year!).
One question. You state Hayley will be in the UK for some April concerts--but when chatting to Hayley at Huddersfield, she said 'March'! Had she not caught up with her own schedule...or haven't you?! I did query her at the time.

Hi Peter and a Happy New Year to you. It wasn't me who said the UK concerts were in April - I was quoting from the recent UK tour programme. It actually stated that she would be "in Ireland (late March), the UK (April)". Checking the schedule, her first UK appearance is in Belfast on 27th March so you are right and so is Hayley! The passage in the programme was only a brief summary of the year and not intended to be definitive, hence the confusion. They need not have gone to so much trouble because I get confused very easily! Roger
