Hi Marian and a very warm welcome to the forum from Central England. I very much enjoyed reading your post which I didn't find at all boring and I can only reiterate the lovely comments you made about "us lot" in saying that we feel pretty much the same about all of you. As you say, Hayley and Jonathan are alike in many ways, and we were only saying in Garfunkle's last night how very much alike the two groups of fans are (except that most of you are gals and most of us are guys! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif)It has been a real pleasure getting to know so many of you and to see you all interact with Jonathan in much the same way as we do with Hayley. Did any of you manage to see Jonathan last night after the show? I don't think anyone has said what time the party ended. Best wishes Grant

Hi All, Thanks to Dave, Martin, Marian, Natalie, Richard and Grant for your excellent Concert Reports!!! They are all such a delight to read. Although you all attended the same concert it's great that each report captures your own perspective as the day's/ evening's set of events unfolded... Dave & Steve H - your action-packed photographs are quite remarkable! Well done for keeping such a low profile! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThe 'HWI' Flag flies high once again!!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Andrew

Did any of you manage to see Jonathan last night after the show? I don't think anyone has said what time the party ended. Hello Grant and many thank for you welcome. I am sorry but I cannot answer your question as I had to leave more or less straight away to get Chelle Belle to her train on time. We knew it would be some time before they came out because of the after show party and everyone would be tired so not many stayed around. I think between the two parties off fans, Garfunkles made a killing last night!!

Thank you all for the wonderful reports and photos. I thoroughly enjoyed them, and we have a wonderful record of a wonderful evening. It is just a pity than nobody got to meet Hayley and Jon afterwards to tell them how much it was enjoyed, but perhaps they will read the forums, and there was that standing ovation, so they probably know.

Great review Marian and well said about Hayley's fans, was good to meet some of them on Saturday (my only venue) - wish I could have done more.
Ever since I heard their duet of 'Un Giorna Per Noi' on Jonathan's album, I have longed for them to sing more and did tell them both so at the Classical Brits when I was the only Jonathan fan there at the Stage Door when they came out to lead 'the parade' to the front of RAH. They are certianly a match made in Heaven with their voices blending so well and really do 'blow away' an audience with each song that they sing solo or as a duet. I loved every song of the Tour and can't fault any one of them, so hard to choose a favourite in fact.
Hopefully, after last night and the reviews I have read, they will be snapped up to do a duets album now, as the Palladium was always going to be the 'biggie' of the Tour with so many influential people there, so I hope they took note and get us our duets album done !!
You guys have some amazing photographers amongst you and your pics are stunning ..... CONGRATULATIONS on avoiding the 'camera police', although I believe at some venues they weren't too bad though

Ah, yes, I should have mentioned that, thanks Joyce. ROD is a good choice, since her international albums are getting a bit long in the tooth now, and don't represent her voice as it sounds now. ROD is mostly taken from her three international albums, but there are three recently recorded tracks (or four if you get the NZ double album version), all of which are stunning.

Hello everyone. Perhaps this is the wrong thread to introduce myself, but as a great fan of Jonathan Ansell (am ChristineB over there, but they wouldn't allow me that username here) I just felt as though I had to register here and let you all know just how much I have enjoyed reading your detailed reports, and looking at those absolutely stunning photos. Much to my regret I was unable to attend any of the concerts on this tour, but thanks to your goodselves and members of Jonathan's forum I feel as though I've had a real flavour of the shows, especially having listened to recordings of many of the songs.
It's been great to read reviews from both sets of fans and read about the shows from both a 'Hayley' and a 'Jonathan' perspective. Everyone on Jonathan's forum seems to admire Hayley so much and it is lovely to come on here and learn that Jonathan has gained much respect from Hayley fans too. It seems the pair of them will have come away from this tour with a new set of mutual fans.
Amigos para sempre is also my very favourite duet, just wish I could have heard it live!
Once again, many thanks for those detailed reports. They have been a pleasure to read. Hopefully Jonathan and Hayley will tour together again at some point, and I might get the pleasure of seeing them in person next time!

Hello Christine and welcome. I am sorry you were not able to register with your prefered username but I can see no reason why the software didn't accept it. It is not currently in use, nor has it been added to our reserved names list. One of life's little mysteries, I guess. I fully endorse what you and others have said about the Hayley and Jonathan acquiring new fans from one another's existing fan base. That suggests that the tour is "working" for both of them and it is good for us to compare notes as it were! With regard to the standing ovation that has been mentioned briefly, I looked around at the time and I believe it was more or less total. There may have been one or two people here and there who remained seated but no more than that. Not in the stall, anway. Throughout, the audience response was very appreciative and deservedly so because all the performers were superb. Marion, if you ask five members to recommend an album, the chances are you would get five different answers! For what it's worth, I would suggest her first international album, Pure, because that is the one that got so many of us hooked. But if that's the one you choose, make sure it is the special edition which includes several bonus tracks. Roger

I'm so very sorry to read that Keith. As a Jonathan fan I feel bad about it and I can only apologise and say that it is a "minority" who behave in this way. Sadly you had some near you. It's embarrassing for other Jonathan fans - and I so hope your enjoyment and that of the people around you werent too badly spoiled. No need to apologise. Sadly, whenever you have a show where there are multiple stars, there is a possibility that some people will only have an interest in one star and not have the manners to respect other people's right to a night out. Don't worry, it would take more than 3 ill-mannered ladies to ruin a night in the company of Hayley

Thanks for all the reports and images, they are great reminders of a stupendous night in London. Must admit, when I woke up my head seemed to be switching backwards and forwards between Pokarekare Ana and Never Saw Blue lol Looking forward to Leamington, hopefully be lucky enough to catch up with Hayley & Raven after the show
