Hi Paul You may have a point - in which case I failed miserably! Of course, it may simply have been that he was fed up of them rolling around the minibus and getting in the way all the time and when I asked for one he had the perfect opportunity to get rid! I prefer to think that he realised that as a true and loyal fan of Hayley's I would find a way of putting them to good use. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest wishes Grant

Many Thanks from "me too" Grant, Yesterday afternoon via parcel post to the front door. Your packing was 100% Grant.....the tube not dented at all. That's the biggest signature of Hayley that I've seen. 13 year old Hayley WITA poster for comparison. Thanks too Grant for the special bonus pack A5 sheets.Graeme

On the subject of Hayley's signature still: What puzzles me is how she forms it. Does she do the whole thing backwards? This is about 2x normal size. Note the crossover points. Whoops, what did I just say?Graeme

I see what you mean, but I can imagine how she does it. She would start by drawing the first line of the H up, and then looping it, bringing it back down and through the middle. It would be easier to show you. Well, maybe next time you see Hayley, watch very carefully! Maybe during her NZ tour?

There is no rule to say she can't lift her pen off the paper. But she has clearly become very practiced at signing her name. Even so, in the examples posted above and the ones I have myself, there are minor differences. I wonder whether that is why they made her sign every page of her recording contract, a very thick document we are told. So that she would be able to cope with the likes of us who hang around with things for her to sign after concerts. Martin

Hello everyone
I have given up trying to post the income and expenditure figures in tabular form, but here are the details anyway:
Income £264.95 - Payments for posters inclusive of post and packing £214.96 - Additional donations made by purchasers £479.91 - Total Income
Expenditure £30.43 - Purchase of postal tubes £28.10 - Cost of postage £06.21 - PayPal Fees £64.74 - Total Expenditure
£415.17 - Proceeds of sale to UNICEF NZ
This is an outstanding result and I have already told Hayley how much I enjoyed doing it and that I'm looking forward to having the opportunity to do it or something similar in the future.
Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant,
Congratulations on a magnificent result. Thank you for working to support such a good cause. I think you will agree that it was thoroughly worth doing, and I am glad you felt it was worthwhile too. I think this is a good charity to support. I have been tied into Christian Aid for many years, and am becoming more and more unhappy with them, especially since they regards the highly dubious threat of Global Warming causing problems in the future as more important than working to help the poor in Africa and elsewhere now. After all, far more people suffer and die from cold in this world than heat, so a bit of global warming might be a good thing. This diverts Christian Aid away from doing what I support then for. I am tempted to try to interest the people at my church in supporting Hayley's charities (actually, we already support the Poppy Appeal). But Unicef would be a good one too.
Martin

Very best wishes Grant WOW what a fantastic result, Thank you very much Grant & Hayley for this wonderful opportunity to raise money for UNICEF and to gain a very rare poster for our collections. I'm sure the money will go to good use. On a more personal note Grant, I'd loved to have been there when you gave Hayley the news. Dean
