Interview (5,49 MB) you can listen at: www.lothar-jurk.de/HW/HWI/BBC2_good_morning_sunday_2005SEP18/HW_Interview-1.mp3Sorry, but the audio quality is not so well. I try to upload a better one version next days. Kind regards, Lothar

Hi guys, I wasn't going to bother with this as Lothar so kindly posted the interview and it's also now available on the BBC website (about 70 minutes into the programme I think)... but I recorded a couple of extra things and the file is small so I think i'll post it anyway Lothar mentioned them playing Both Sides Now... which they did, just before the end of the first half hour (7:25 am). I've left that out but then, they read out an email from a listener (which I've included at the start) and just before the interview started, they played Down to the River, just as Lothar said. I decided to include one minute of 'Down to the River' just before the interview starts. Listen to it carefully - you may get a surprise i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIf anyone hasn't yet heard the interview proper, it starts 1 minute 20 seconds in. This is now available from here - Gerrit's HWI.net index page. Cheers, Dave

Thank you for the clip Dave! I listened to the programme on my pocket radio while I was heading for London on the train yesterday, and because there was a lot of background noise I was fooled like Lothar, but I won't spoil the surprise for others. It was good to hear Hayley on GMS again, because the first time I heard her speaking voice was when she was on this show on 28th September 2003. Later that day I bought "Pure" and took my first look at her official web site. There I found out that Hayley was appearing at the Fairfield Hall in Croydon three days later, which was where I met her for the first time. It certainly wasn't the last! :2fun: What lovely memories! Bye for now, Richard

Without giving too much away, I was totally taken in by it. I knew instantly that it was a different version to that which appears on the DVD but I certainly didn't realise quite HOW different! Then I listened again and I feel thoroughly ashamed of myself now! Roger
