Hayley is honoured to have been asked to act as patron for the Royal New Zealand Air Force. Hayley will join Lady Diana Isaac and Air Marshal Sir Richard Bolt who have also pledged their ongoing support.

Just a shame that the RNZAF doesn't have any jet aircraft - with the exception of the two Boeing 757's, a fleet of Skyhawks that haven't flown in a decade and the AerMacchis that are only kept in a ready condition with no official standing.

Maybe her new role is there in order to publicise the RNZAF and the need for an Air Force..
