Edit: Fusilier23 has deleted his opening post. RichardConnie Talbot (surprisingly I think I'd be most afraid of her as I am no good with young kids) I have seen Connie live a few months ago; she looked sweet and sensible. Rest assured she shouldn't be one of those capricious and irrational kids who prefer yelling to reasoning. Honestly, I think meeting Hayley herself would make me tremble the most. Not that I don't want to see her (sure I do!) but as you know, I've never met the lady herself and so far I have only seen her in photos and videos. The thought of meeting Hayley in person makes me breathless and excited enough. Tin

Hi Tin and Steven
I don't think there are any crossover or other singers that I would fear, I just wouldn't take the trouble to try to meet them!
I have met Hayley many times and each meeting is, almost, as special as the first. Tin, I have heard many people say how nervous they were to meet Hayley for the first time but, without exception everyone says after "Don't know what I was afraid of, she's just so sweet!"
As for little Connie Talbot, well I met her at Buxton in April and apart from her diminutive stature it's hard to believe that she is so young. I was actually on my knees photographing Hayley and was suddenly aware that she (Connie) was behind me; so when I turned I was on the same level. It was an awesome experience.
Best wishes Grant

I was scared to meet Hayley for the first time, but it was due to a bad case of star-struckness. I knew she was great and that made me feel nervous. Strange, huh?
For other reasons entirely I would be terrified to meet Sarah Brightman because her voice frightens me. There's something about it I can't put my finger on, but it's just not what I enjoy and I avoid her music like the dickens.

For other reasons entirely I would be terrified to meet Sarah Brightman because her voice frightens me. I think with her some twenty years of experience in her profession, Sarah deserves to be called a skilled singer. Indeed her voice has become less pleasant to the ear as it was twenty years ago (when she played Christine Daae), but at this age of hers I think she is already doing quite well. P.S. To go off track a bit, I find this topic rather sensitive and may lead us to (unintentionally) speak ill of some other singers. It reminds me of an incident which I heard from a friend in China. He told me some Chinese fans of Sarah audaciously offended and spoke ill of Hayley in a Chinese forum, probably due to their seeing Hayley as a direct rival to Sarah. I hope and I believe that similar uncivilised deed would not appear in this thread. Best wishes, Tin

On second thought, this was probably a bad idea.

The thought of meeting Hayley in person makes me breathless and excited enough I thought I would have been the same. Although I was a little nervous, meeting Hayley was just like meeting an old friend. She is very down to earth, and her smile and personality make you feel at ease.

I was quite nervous, but she is so down to earth, shining with her smile and her bright eyes, that the experience was absolutely wonderful. Looking forward to repeating it at Bournemouth!!!
