John will be hosting the event in Hyde Park for BBC Radio 2. The night will feature a number of West End, and pop stars, including Lee Mead, Joss Stone, Duncan James, Idina Menzel (Wicked), Elaine Paige, Julian Lloyd Webber, Rhydian (X-Factor), Hayley Westenra, Steve Balsamo and some of the stars from I’d Do Anything.
It will include music from all of ALWs best shows, accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra and a 100 voice chorus.
The event, in Hyde Park begins at 6pm on Sunday 14th September. Tickets are available direct from Radio 2, or from see tickets
The event will be broadcast on Radio 2 on Friday 10 October 2008.
