I use Opera exclusively. Both in Windows and in Linux.
Both Opera and Firefox works fine in Linux, with Internet Explorer you'll have to fiddle around a bit with WINE (But there's no reason to run IE in Linux).

No software is 100% bug free, but I guess a lot of OpenSource projects could be less buggy than commercial apps.
