Hi folks, hope this is in the right place (still finding my way around!) As Stephany was kind enough to let us know over on Jonathan's forum about their duet on Hayley's new album I thought I'd pop over here and return the favour As announced on Jonathan's OS yesterday We're delighted to confirm that Jonathan's new album will be called 'Forever' and is set to be released on 13th October. Tracks set to appear on the album include Who Wants to Live Forever, If You're Not the One (with Hayley Westenra), Panis Angelicus, Aranjuez, Nessun Dorma, E Lucevan e Stelle, Amor ti Vieta and Hearts of England. We are all very pleased with this news in Jonathan land - just adore hearing these two sing together!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Is the song "if you're not the one" ,the one i know from Daniel Beddingfield?? Just thinking about the connections Hayley has with the Beddingfield family, it must be this song............................. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6b9Vn6WkjPsI think a classical version/duet would be awesome!!! I quite look forward to hearing Jonathan sing Canto Della Terra; his voice differs so much from Andrea's. This should render the song a refreshing feel. Tin

Hello everybody! I can find no evidence that Hayley appears on this album. Reading the reviews on Jonathan's forum, it seems he sings 'If You're Not The One' on his own, including the backing vocals. Can anybody who's got the album confirm this, please? Richard

Hi Unfortunately Hayley doesn't appear on this album- it is a good version of the song "If You're Not The One" with Jonathan singing on his own...but I think it would have been very nice to have her singing with him again on this album...

I have this album. It's better than his first and his voice is a lot stronger. Hayley isn't on it at all. One of the album's lowest points for me IS 'If You're Not The One'. The song is sung in a very high key and Jonathan really sounds as if he is struggling when he sings the highest ('... in your arms'). I cringed the first time I heard it. It has got better after repeated listenings. It's not awful, just not one of his strongest performances. I absolutely adore Jonathan - he has such a unique voice. He will go really far. He might even enter real opera (actually, hasn't he done a few already?)

Hayley isn't on it at all. One of the album's lowest points for me IS 'If You're Not The One'. The song is sung in a very high key and Jonathan really sounds as if he is struggling when he sings the highest ('... in your arms'). I cringed the first time I heard it. It sounds like it's just as well Hayley didn't sing it with him after all. His high notes are the reason I don't care for him. Repeated listenings don't change my mind, they just give me a headache. And the lower notes are okay, but compared to Josh Groban's amazing, powerful voice, he's nothing special. So, if Hayley's not on it, then this thread doesn't belong on Hayley's Other Albums board anymore, does it?
