Katherine Jenkins - Haywards Heath

Hi Everyone,

On Saturday I attended my first summer picnic concert when I went to see Katherine Jenkins at Haywards Heath.

It was a fantastic evening of music and I really enjoyed it. It started with the Borderline Jazz Band, while we all enjoyed our picnics before Katherine came on, accompanied by the Sussex Symphony Orchestra. Katherine was supported by Blake, who were pretty good and violinist Diana Galvydate who I thought was excellent.

Katherine was fantastic and looked stunning too, singing a number of her best songs as well as 'Pie Jesu' from her upcoming 'Sacred Arias' album. The only downside was that there were no fireworks due to the wind.

I'll be seeing Katherine again at Thetford Forest near Norwich on Saturday before Hayley and All Angels at Orwell Park on Sunday, I can't wait!.

I'm happy that you enjoyed the music that accompanied this event. I'm glad that you were able to meet Katherine...sorry that the fireworks were cancelled.
