The River of Dreams Tour Hi everyone, As you may have seen, Bedlam Management have forwarded details of a number of UK events this morning. As this is clearly a major tour, I thought it might be helpful to start a thread for general discussion of the tour as a whole. For discussion about individual events, please go to the appropriate thread. Seventeen events are currently scheduled. These have only been confirmed "this week"... and it is still only Tuesday! Bedlam commented that this tour will take place "around the release of the new album" and they hope that tickets will be on sale early next week in all cases. Here is an overview of the entire tour for easy reference: Sun 19 Oct Aberdeen Music Hall Mon 20 Oct Dunfermline Carnegie Hall Wed 29 Oct Barrow Forum Theatre Thu 30 Oct Newcastle City Hall Sun 2 Nov Lichfield Garrick Theatre Tue 4 Nov Liverpool Philharmonic Hall Wed 5 Nov Northampton Derngate Wed 12 Nov Llandudno Venue Cymru (North Wales Theatre) Thu 13 Nov Birmingham Town Hall Mon 17 Nov Manchester Bridgewater Hall Wed 19 Nov Cardiff St David's Hall Thu 20 Nov Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre Tue 25 Nov Southend Cliffs Pavilion Wed 26 Nov Cheltenham Town Hall Fri 28 Nov Leamington Royal Spa Pavillion Sun 30 Nov Swansea Grand Theatre Details will be added to the Schedules board shortly. WOW Roger!! That's a lot to take in. It might be worth mentioning also that Victoria Hall, Stoke-on-Trent is the day before Aberdeen on 18th October! Guess that means Hayley will be heading for the airport after Stoke like last time. I'm certainly up for a few of these. First second thoughts are Durham Newcastle Lichfield Liverpool Northampton Birmingham Manchester Cardiff Cheltenham Leamington Spa Swansea Don't imagine I'll do all, but those are manageable - just depend how far finances will stretch. I'm guessing that, after that lot, Hayley will head home - perhaps to combine some local promotion for her new album with a well earned rest with her family. Gosh!! I'm getting very excited!! Best wishes Grant

The end of the year was looking very free of concerts, wasn't it? Well, it certainly isn't anymore! I have a feeling that there will be a few December concerts this year though as well!

Hello Grant, Thank you for your kind words - I am indeed well & happy and I hope you are too! To answer your question, as long as I don't have my new school diary I have no idea if I can make it to one of those concerts. My last year at University is extremely important so I cannot take the risk to miss a class or, for example, a job interview opportunity. Now I wonder if we'll manage to send at least one HWI representant at each concert of this new UK tour? Love xxx Stephany

Hi Stephany Yes, thank you I am fine and looking forward to attending as many as possible of these concerts - I've spent the last hour looking at possible accommodations for those that I will have to stay overnight. Nothing like being prepared! To try to answer your question. The only ones that may be a problem are Barrow (that's way up on the west coast but nice that they're getting a concert) and possibly Llandudno (I wanted to do this one but Birmingham the day after will be much easier). I think our south coast members will take care of Bournemouth and I suspect Andrew will take care of Scotland. Job done!! Lots of Love Grant

Good to see Hayley will visit some new cities in the Autumn!
This is great news for all of you in the UK, and great for us who watch from afar.

What?... No concerts in Northern Ireland? It is, technically, in the UK.

Good point, Irish-Hayley-Fan. It is no consolation but there are none in London either and I believe that is also in the UK. Roger
