Hello Richard Thank you for the amazing news. Just when we start to think she can't possibly do more than she currently does to help others, Hayley finds a way to prove us wrong! She's a real inspiration for all of us and I hope her action will raise a substantial amount of funds to help those in need. Hopefully the launch will be coveraged by Classic FM or by the press in general. Stephany

Hello Richard and Stephany
This is exciting news. I presume the launch on 10th July will be a private affair?
Best wishes Grant

Thanks for finding that, Stephany! Nick Bailey mentioned the reception a few days ago, so I've been looking out for reports too. I'm sure there'll be plenty of news in the coming months. Best Wishes, Richard

Now we know the Raven Quartet will be accompanying Hayley at several of her future concerts, I'll post their photographs from the Classic FM Music Makers reception. Stephanie, Rachael, Natalie and Kirsty of The Raven String Quartet Kirsty, Natalie, Rachael and Stephanie Steph Benedetti of The Raven Quartet Nicola Benedetti I included the photograph of Nicola so you can see the family resemblance in Stephanie. Thanks Richard,
Its nice to put names to the faces of Raven.
Once I knew one of the girls was Nicola's sister I had no problem knowing who it was.

Gosh, Hayley performed in a charity event in a United Reformed Church. I would love it if she came to ours. It is called Christ Church after all. But we can only seat about 200 at best, so I don't suppose it would be big enough! Even though we have one of the largest church buildings in the neighborhood! We do do charity concerts, but using local artists on a smaller scale.

Hello Martin! I'm afraid you've misread the report. Hayley didn't perform in Sanderstead United Reformed Church, but she received the cheque at the Music Makers Reception. Richard

Thanks for the clarification Richard. I have to admit that I would have expected any concert featuring a performance by Hayley to raise a much bigger sum than that! But it is nice to see that she supports these events.

What a gorgeous new dress. Have we seen that one before? I wish I was there for that performance. Looks like a lovely one!

Hi Dori & everyone, I think it is a new black dress but I'm afraid I'd have to have a pic of each one side by side to be sure. Looks like Wikipedia needs modifying again to keep up with Hayley . Graeme en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hayley_Westenra
