Requiring lyrics of two songs

Hi guys,

In case you think Steve's Question of the Day is too easy (I suppose no one thinks that way but honestly I do need some help here i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif), I have two extra hard questions for you.

I've been trying to have all the lyrics of the songs I own (inclusive of songs in Hayley's albums only of course) stored in my computer for easier reference. The work is nearly done but I still need the lyrics for two songs, Jekyll and the romanization of the Japanese version of Wiegenlied respectively.

If anyone happens to come across them, I'd be very obliged if they can be posted here. Thank you.

P.S. One extra trivial question: What was Hayley singing in Flood? I couldn't even catch a single word she sang. Raymond suggested the so-called 'lyrics' was not a language at all.

Hi Tin,

I think I'm right in saying that there are no lyrics to either Jekyll or Flood. They were both sung (I think) in Debbie Wiseman's own 'imaginary' language - so they are really vocalizations.

I think I'll leave Wiegenlied to one side for now as I don't know the answer.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the explanation for the vocalizations issue; it now makes perfect sense why there are no lyrics for Jekyll nor Flood included in the booklet of album Prayer.

The million-dollar question is the JP Wiegenlied now.

Thank you for posting the lyrics of Wiegenlied here. However as far as I know, Hayley also sang a version in Japanese, and it is the Japanese lyrics that I'm ultimately searching for.

Anyway, the English translation of the German is lyrics is very useful still. Thank you!

Not necessarily. The English text could be translated to Japanese and then put to the original melody.
