Hi Gerrit and Belinda,
Thanks for the brilliant clips, another great exclusive from you two.
I was delighted to see the report of Hayley's 18th Birthday celebrations in London as all I've seen so far was photos from that event.
Looked like she got some good coverage from that event. Interesting to see a TV crew over from Japan, just shows how popular she has become there.
And finally watching the Ghana clip again, it just shows how the experience had a real effect on Hayley and shows the great work that Hayley and Unicef continue to do.
Cheers,
Emmett

I would like to add my thanks to both Belinda (for providing the videos) and Gerrit (for the usual high quality work he does in digitising them). What a great partnership between HWI and HWI.net. The video of the trip to Ghana will be incorporated in the special UNICEF feature we have on HWI as soon as Simon is able to do it. I have already sent him the link. Again, thanks Belinda and Gerrit. You two are great. Keith.

I would like to add my thanks to Belinda and Gerrit for that. Two very special videos, albeit for entirely different reasons.
We had heard quite a bit about those two events so it was great to see them. Wasn't Hayley wonderful with the children in Ghana? I wish her well in her endeavours to help them.

Well, I do think that the main credit for these videos has to go to Belinda - it would be easy to miss such items appearing on local TV, isn't it? Once they're on tape, digitising them does become rather routine, once you have learnt the ropes. The hard part to me seems to be to have your recorder ready at the appropriate moment. And that's what Belinda did. PersonalIy, I do get a great sense of satisfaction out of digitising video - so I'm only too pleased to be able to share with friends ! Cheers, Gerrit

Hi Belinda and Gerrit,
thank you very much for Hayley's Videos.
I have some touble with my downloads because the size of the files is quite large. I hope next week I will have 2Megabits/sec. access again and then the downloads will be more ease than today.
Greetings, Lothar

Hello Belinda and Gerrit! I would like to add my thanks to both of you for two more excellent videos. The video from Ghana really shows Hayley's compassionate side, and I'm pleased to hear that it will be included in our UNICEF feature. Best Wishes from London, Richard

Hi all, I have a new Hayley video, 23 minutes long! Last year, Hayley appeared in the US on the PBS system in the series Great Performances. Now during that broadcast, there three intervals during which Hayley was interviewed - and viewers were invited to join their local PBS station. Via the Russell Watson network I established contact with an 80-year old lady from Hawaii, who has taken an interest in converting video to DVD. She sent me a DVD with the entire recording of the show on Hawaii - including the interviews. I then used DVD ripper software to get the video off the DVD. The video includes brief excerpts of the songs just prior and after each interview, so those of you who have the official DVD will know when the intervals took place. Enjoy. Here is a direct link: www.hayley-westenra-international.net/hwi/clips/zo04/gpinterviews.wmv You can also go to groups.msn.com/RussellWatsonHayleyWestenra/hwmultimedia2004.msnwand go to the last picture on that page. I would also like to post a link to the latest Katherin Jenkins video I just uploaded (with thanks to Emmett for supplying it). Today, Katherine celebrates her 25th birthday, and she was interviewed on GMTV. Well worth a download! www.katherine-jenkins-international.com/clips/O05a/gmtv290605.wmv Gerrit

Hello again Gerrit! Many thanks for two more excellent videos of Hayley and Katherine. I'm going to have to make a comment. I'm glad I've got Hayley's DVD, because I don't think I would enjoy watching the full TV version. American TV always seems terribly disjointed to me, and I've noticed that on several other clips of Hayley. Fortunately the DVD is extremely well produced, and flows beautifully. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes from London, Richard

Are you insulting American TV? Well I do declare you Brits are simply becomming to much! J/K. LOL. No I think your right.
I liked the DVD much better on DVD than on the TV for several reasons the biggest being they cut out two songs!

Hi Natasha, I promise you, we Brits are not becoming too much. We've always been too much. We're just getting worse, that's all! Greetings from wherever I am! Roger

Hi Natasha, those 2 blokes above are definitely full of something . Being of Irish and Scotch ancestry, I'm to much of a gentleman to go into detail . I agree about the video on PBS. By the time they chop it up and mix in their ads along with bits and pieces of the interview, you lose interest. I watched part of the Josh Groban concert and gave up and waited til I could buy the intelligent version for considerably less price.. B y the way, have you convinced Crystal to get her internet feet wet yet?
