Hi all, In the HWMultimedia section at groups.msn.com/RussellWatsonHayleyWestenrathere is now a video available of Hayley singing the NZ national anthem at the Rugby Test Match Wales - NZ just concluded (NZ won by 1 point ...). The Welsh anthem was sung by Katherine Jenkins. The Children in Need video can also be downloaded from that page. Gerrit |

Hello again Gerrit. I've just watched the excellent video clip of Hayley's duet with Russell Watson on "Children in Need" last November. I didn't notice any glitch, unless you mean Terry Wogan stumbling over the word "Pokarekare"!  I can't find the clip anywhere on the main site, so I'm going to send a message to Keith and Simon in the Suggestions section of the Forum. Best Wishes from London, Richard  |

Hi Richard,
Gerrit is a partner of HWI and is hosting many Hayley videos. As soon as it can be sorted out, HWI will link to the multimedia download page at Gerrit's site (a sister site to HWI). The purpose is bandwidth distribution among other things. Another reason, of course, is that, should HWI go offline for any reason (a very rare occurrence), the videos will still be available for all to see.
So, if it is not on the mani HWI site, it will be found there. Ultimately all videos will be linked from HWI, so there will be no need for searching multiple sites.
We all feel this is an excellent arrangement, especially as Gerrit is a good and trusted friend, as well as a colleague.
So, it may seem as though HWI are missing these videos. In reality, we aren't, because of this arrangement.

Thanks for your comments. I think the misunderstanding may also have been caused because I posted a direct link to the video here.
It may well be good to restate that there is indeed a close cooperation between Hayley Westenra International and the MSN Groups "Russell Watson Hayley Westenra" and "Hayley Westenra Fansites United". Both groups have an identical Hayley Multimedia section, and just about all of the videos you can download there were initially available from HWI.
All those videos are stored at HWI.net - a domain name I registered and which provides 82 GB of bandwidth per month. HWI.net shares its bandwidth with another of my domains, Classicalrelatedperformances (where I upload videos for the MSN Group Young Classical Performers).
Last month, 45 GB of data bandwidth was used up from the site - a record sofar!
The cooperation between HWI and HWI.net has been designed to indeed share bandwidth and provide a wider audience with access to the videos.
