Note: While the recipe for Jill's "easy Kumara soup" asks for iodised salt, beware that iodised salt is very bad for people with certain skin disorders like acne. Dermatologists recommend switching to regular salt if you have this problem. (I know Hayley has a lot of youthful fans who may need to watch out for this.)

OMG ... I'm sure making this once with iodized salt isn't going to hurt any one ... Belinda, please cut me some slack here. My point was not to alarm but to help. It's an established medical fact that iodine in food aggrevates acne. If you don't have that problem, then fine, eat all the iodised salt you want. Iodised salt is actually good for many people, but certainly not for everyone. |

Hey Folks,
I'm not a new member. I joined last year. For some reason I couldn't log on so I had to rejoin. I've been to five of Hayleys concerts. One in the U S, three in the U K and one in Ireland. I've met many of you nice folks and look forward to seeing you again next year.
