Hi Marianne, i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifUnfortunately, 'Amazing Grace' hasn't been released in France yet. I haven't watched 'The Passion' either but I'm sorry to say I probably never will. I'm afraid there's too much violence and too much blood for me Stephany

I'm afraid there's too much violence and too much blood for me Stephany Hi Stephany, Yes, there is a lot of blood and violence in this depiction of Christ's Passion. It is a highly accurate picture of the suffering of Christ though and gave many Christians around the world a talking point. Even though I walked out towards the end, I do not regret having seen the movie. I believe he suffered and died for me this most horrific death. Love, Marianne

Hi All, We watched *The devil wears Prada* yesterday, which I enjoyed a lot more than Graeme. Meryl Streep and Anne Hatherway were terrific !! It is all about the fashion industry with some romance. I would call it a Chick Flick and highly recommend it to all the girls here !! Love, Marianne

2 thumbs up!! for "The Devil Wears Prada"! It's a great story about work and survival!! In someway, her story can relate to anyone who's trying to make it in the working world. Scary Movie: (don't like scary movies, close your eyes and stop reading) "The Marsh", I thought it was quite similar to "An American Haunting" but I guess it's worth watching once, only once I wasn't compelled to watch it again. It's an ok movie, not so scary but has the basic scary-movie elements. Meldy

I just watched "Blood Diamond" very good movie. It has it's fair share of violence but it's nothing far from the truth, unfortunately. Leonardo DiCaprio delivers an awesome performance, I like his last scenes, very convincing. I was wondering why it got 5 Academy Award nominations but now I know why. It's also good that there are movies that convey a meaningful message, and this movie is definately one of them. Meldy

The latest I've seen on movies DVD are "Brødrene Dal og professor Drøvels hemmelighet" - The Dal Brothers search for Professor Drovel (Norwegian for tonsil) & "Hot Fuzz."
I'm looking forward to "Run Fatboy Run" with Dylan Moran & Simon Pegg.
