Hi Everyone,
May I continue my *love affair* with France......
In 1966 my girl friend Antje and I hitch-hiked through Europe !!
We arrived in Paris inside a Potato truck cabin around 1 am....
sitting up so high it seemed we were riding atop the beautiful lights of Paris !!!
The driver then arranged a room adjacent to the markets for us!!!
We woke up early and walked and walked around Paris in awe of all we saw !!
It didn't take me long to feel I should have been born a Parisienne....maybe I was one in my former life !! ( kidding)
I have always loved the language, having taken French lessons at school.
