to host the 2012 Olympic Games.

Thank you Cathleen, so am I. It's odd but, although I'm not an avid follower of any sport, I always follow the Olympic Games pretty closely. I'm delighted to think that many events will take place less than forty miles from where I live.

I wonder if I'll hear the roar of the crowd! I'll let you know in seven years' time!

I'm so happy that London will host the Olympic games in 2012. Keith and so many of us watched and were hooked on the games from Athens last year. I even had "olympic withdrawal" for a time.
