Hi folks,
If anyone is interested, I have started a new group dedicated to the young star of the movie Whale Rider – Keisha Castle-Hughes. The address of the group is: groups.yahoo.com/group/keishacastlehughes/
There is also a sister group at groups.yahoo.com/group/keishacastlehughes2/
Which is there simply to provide extra storage space for files and photos as the main site grows – you cannot post to the second site, only the main site. But, to access the files and photos which will be stored there in the future, you would need to join it eventually. When will be advised to group members at the time.
This is an excellent film beautifully shot (in New Zealand and made by the New Zealand film industry), fantastically acted by all (not least by Keisha who was 11 when the filming took place) and directed to perfection. Keisha has just been nominated for a Best Actress Oscar for her part in the film. If you have seen it, you will know why. If you have not seen it, I would recommend it to anyone.
The group is brand new and is just in the process of being padded out with additional material. Although it is little over 24 hours old, it already has 10 members (including myself) and has reached 20 messages. Something I am delighted about. A complete new look will be coming soon, too, which will make it very attractive indeed.
I do hope that the group will be of interest to some of you. Why not come along and join me there.
Cheers,
Keith
