I am quoting a post made by Graham on the Media board.
I am somewhat divided, I would love it if they did, and were successful, but due to the above I have some doubts.
Also as fans we will look at it in a different way, how will the public at large react ?

Hi Graham,
First of all, I think that comparisons are inevitable but that isn't necessarily a bad thing provided press coverage doesn't constantly focus on those comparisons. Yes, in some ways, being younger siblings will make it harder for Sophie and Isaac but they will also have the advantage of having witnessed Hayley's rise to success. That experience could benefit them enormously.
Yes, we should be pleased that they choose to perform together if that is what they wish to do. That is not the same as encouraging them to do so which is not our purpose. Our role is to support what they do but not to try to influence what they do or the way in which they do it - well, no more than the occasional suggestion that they might sing a particular song anyway.
Yes, the public at large will react as you predict but it is up to Sophie and Isaac to establish their own identity as singers in their own right (if that is what they chose to do in terms of a career). They should still be able to appear with Hayley occasionally whilst maintaining their solo careers.
Hi James,
Although we are tending to reduce the number of sub-boards for other singers, Isaac would certainly be an exception if and when he embarks on a full-time musical career (marked by recording a demo album, for example). Meanwhile, an individual thread would be more than acceptable.
Having said that, and as you suggest, any discussion about Sophie (who already has her own sub-board here) and Isaac must focus on their public lives as singers and not on any aspect of their private lives (other than in very basic and general terms). As ever, we would be guided by the family on that.
In conclusion, I believe that anyone who is concerned about future comparisons being made, or the difficulty of being constantly tagged as Hayley's siblings could help by showing their support for them as individual artists on this forum. I see no reason why we should deny them our support simply because they are Hayley's brother and sister.

I have a worry that Isaac ( and Sophie) will always find things harder because of Hayley. To have such a talent as Hayley as an elder sister is a hard ( impossible ?) act to follow. People are always going to make a comparison to Hayley.... My question is therefore , should we be pleased and encourage them to perform together. Or are we helping to cause a future problem ?I am somewhat divided, I would love it if they did, and were successful, but due to the above I have some doubts.

Do the mods think Isaac deserves his own thread or sub-board on other music? However, I do feel a bit uneasy commenting on Hayley's siblings too much as they are after all her private life and have not yet made the decision to live in the public eye and to be open to debate on such forums - what are the mods views on this?Hi James,
