Hi All, Katherine was on the Eamonn Holmes show today (the same show Hayley was on a few weeks ago. The interview with Katherine als featured soem talk about Hayley, and whether or not Eamonn was entirely complimentary about Hayley, you'll have to judge for yourself. They replaid Hayley singing the NZ anthem, and Katherine did an a capella of the Welsh anthem. Thanks Gerrit, I enjoyed listening to that!  I don't think Eamonn meant to be rude about Hayley, he was just being over-complimentary to Katherine by dissing the 'opposition' - in his usual weird way! It remains to be seen whether or not all these "big hitting" crossover singers are in fact opposition.. hitting one others' sales by all releasing in a short space of time... or if they will compliment each others' sales by raising the profile of the genre.
