Hi All,

Great news for all Holly fans! News is just in about her first tour of the UK!

Aled Jones is touring the UK from October 2 - October 15 for a total of 9 concerts. And Holly will be appearing as supporting artist! As she had prior commitments already on a few dates, she won't be appearing in 3 of the concerts.

Here are full details - if you want to attend the first few, you have to hurry!

According to the information posted here by fusilier23 on Oct 1st, Holly will NOT be appearing at the Cadogan Hall concert. Her name doesn't appear on the Cadogan Hall website. If you have heard otherwise, please give details.

Hi all,

Just a quick note about Holly at Cadogan Hall on Friday night.

Kirsty and I managed to book a couple of tickets mid-week once it was announced that Holly would be appearing with Aled. I was especially looking forward to seeing Holly again as it had been almost a year since I had last seen her in concert. All I can say is that nothing has changed - I still managed to get us lost.

This time, we managed to find the underground car park around the corner, but once above ground again, got a little confused and turned around as it was my first time at Cadogan Hall. We entered several minutes last and sat at the back as Holly had already started her performance. Luckily though, we were in time to hear her perform "Shine", written by Paul Weston. I've loved this piece since I first heard it, but hearing it live is something else. The way Holly sang it was nothing short of amazing. The piece, along with her voice made the hairs on my arm stand up and I was totally fixated on it. I have to say that the version on her MySpace pales in comparison with hearing it live.

I also have to say that I was impressed with Aled Jones. I commented outside afterwards that I didn't expect him to be so personable. He was constantly joking whilst on stage, even referring to the forum people down the front as being crazy. I was most impressed.

Unfortunately, we chose to skip the second half as we were talking with Trixie and Holly and walked them to the taxi stand before heading off ourselves. I, for one, was fairly tired having been at another even in Central London until way past my bedtime the previous night too.

I'm hoping to get over to Ipswich on the weekend to see Holly again, and this time, to see all of Aled's concert, and possibly up to Scotland to see Nicki & Becki of Duo Canto sometime soon after. Shame I missed out on the Evanescence tickets..
