I wondered if anyone had any information on the song 'I'm Kissing You' which was once an Itunes exclusive but thanks to some information I got from Stephany it now appears to have vanished from there!

Hi Jon, I've been hunting for this song for a while. So far, no luck. It appears that both Itunes and 7digital removed the track. Very sadly because I heard the sample and it's gorgeous. I'd love the song, just like I would love 'Sparkle'. But just like that song there is no sign of it anywhere!
The song's title is an oxymoron: How can you say your kissing someone? It would come out like: "Mmmm mmmming mmuuuu!!" :je

I bet she doesn't. And I don't remember her singing the second verse in the sample so theres no cheating!

I have a feeling its going to appear on a soundtrack album; thats why there is a problem with licensing I think. I got the album from Napster and it was meant to appear a week before the release date but was delayed. Jekyll was the only bonus track on it. That delay must have been due to the problem with licensing.

I found "Jekyll" on Itunes very easily. They're possibly keeping "I'm Kissing You" as a bonus track for a collector version of "Treasure". Or so I hope  |

I think we might be getting somewhere! If Hayley is recording songs for 'West Side Story' then could there be a 'Romeo And Juliet' soundtrack in the works? If so, that explains why 'I'm Kissing You' has been removed.  |

If so, that explains why 'I'm Kissing You' has been removed. This CD is being/has been recorded as a 50th Anniversary celebration of West Side Story - the musical. AS such, I assume it's a one off project that Hayley has been invited to participate in. I don't anticipate that this will become a series of musical recordings involving Hayley, BUT if it goes down well, who knows? Best wishes Grant |

Jon, I like your idea but I don't know where Hayley would have find the time to do so! Last year, it was Romeo&Juliet's 10th aniversary so it's probably too late for that anyway  |

Hi Grant and Steph, No, I certainly wouldn't want Hayley to be doing to much. What I was wondering though was if there is a forth-coming album based on Romeo and Juliet of which Hayley has just recorded that one song amongst many artists? Maybe theres a new film? I wondered if it was from this animated film? 'Romeo & Juliet: Sealed with a Kiss' (Its got seals in it. So we'll have to wait for a special edition of "Treasure"? I hope it's available here in the U.S. I had seen "I'm Kissing You" quite a while ago available at some website but it was from the U.K. I believe and it did not let me buy it And now I hear it was on iTunes but removed. Meldy |

I'm still not sure why the track was pulled. It wouldn't of been so bad if they hadn't of put it on 7digital (That may of been the website you was thinking of.) for that short period of time and let you listen to a clip - Its a lovely song from what I heard of that short sample.
The only thing I know is that its from 'Romeo and Juliet' and thats it!
It will turn up again, thats for sure, whether on the special edition of Treasure - which is still vaporware, to which I mean it has not been officially announced - but its bound to happen. The other possibility is the song will appear on another album of some sort.

Jon, I totally agree with you, it sounded like a wonderful song. I also speculate that maybe they took it off because they might be planning on putting it "somewhere" else, like you said maybe another album Meldy |
