Steve Abbott is Managing Director at Bedlam, and he is assisted by Kathryn Nash. Erica Sprigge and Nicola Goodall also handle some of the day-to-day work such as bookings, etc. The official site does have a contact e-mail address for Bedlam. |

I find if you email Hayley at Bedlam they say they will pass your message on to Hayley but any future emails they will refer you to Hayleys' official website.
Now I am wondering on this site in "members" area...there is "Hayleyw", are we able to send a PM to Hayley there & does she get them?

If members PM Hayley on this forum, they would appear in her Inbox but there is no way of knowing if or when she would read them. She hasn't logged in here for almost a year. Regardless of the method used to try to contact her, it must be remembered that there are probably thousands of people around the world doing exactly the same thing. It isn't practical for her to read them all and there must not be any expectation put upon her to reply.  Thanks, Roger |

Perhaps the reason she hasn't logged in for so long is a deluge of PMs. But she doesn't have to read them all of course. I think that there is evidence that she has read this forum more recently than that.

Thanks, Roger As an aside, Roger, of course she does not have to log in to read the posts so it is good to remind new members to be aware that we do know Hayley keeps in touch. This may be through simply visiting the site in spare moments in airports or before leaving for a venue to check up on where she's going (  ) and any useful detailed news about it! Family also point out to her threads that might be of interest. So remember new folks in particular, the lady might look over our shoulder at any odd moments without our realising it!  We can't communicate with her directly but I think we have had plenty of circumstances arising when we have become aware she had followed a thread, picked up a topic, or just dropped in unseen. Being aware she actually did so doesn't really matter. Somehow, she just seems to 'be around', probably thanks to our solid team of managers and moderators who maintain a conduct that invites her management team to keep us updated. Peter S. |

In case you didn't know, Hayley has had problems with stalkers and "sick fan mail" in the past, and was upset by it, so it is understandable that she doesn't want to be contacted directly. We have to respect that and go though her record company or management who would filter out such things if we want to write to her.
