Hi Gordon You are quite right of course! Although the tendancy is to jump in and book the moment a concert is announced! I'm sure there will be more concerts eventually and hopefully a few intimate ones. I am rather hoping Hayley will return to Telford again so we shall have to wait and see! Best wishes Grant

As Hayley seems to not pperform over in North America, my year will be spent READING about concerts, not going to them! Donna Hi Donna and welcome to HWI. I'm glad that you decided to join officially and I'm looking forward to reading your posts. I know exactly what you mean when you talk about reading and not being able to attend Hayley's concerts. Same goes for me. I live on the East Coast (New Jersey) and it's difficult for me to get over to England, Germany, Japan, NZ and other countries where Hayley performs. So I read about these events here. The reports and photos, as you know, are excellent (thanks everyone!). I was fortunate that I had the opportunity to see Hayley in New York City last March. Hope I get to see her again before my hearing and eyesight disappear..... Again, WELCOME! Regards, Gene

Hi Donna, Welcome to my world also Thankfully I can at least read about it here instead of having virtually no Hayleynews at all... As Hayley seems to not pperform over in North America, my year will be spent READING about concerts, not going to them! Donna

I am considering ... Llandudno 29th April Hello Mark, I guess this is a typo error? Llandudno is supposed to be on the 20th, not 29th. I know you will end up going to most of the concerts you listed anyway Maybe you can come back over from Paris later in the summer for another concert or for a Christmas concert in December? Hi James, I would certainly love to but unfortunately I should be in the US for a month this summer and I still have no idea if it'll be in June, July or August. I therefore cannot make any plans at the moment but I most certainly will find the opportunity to come back to England way before Christmas. What are your own plans for your Hayley year, James? Lots of love, Stephany

Reply 18 in this thread, Hi Stephany. Your first trip to USA? Whereabouts are you intending to visit--other than miles and miles of Interstate! Peter S.

Hi Stephany Yes, of course - a typo i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I usually do ending up going to more concerts than I plan to I think as Gordon says, perhaps the secret is not to book tickets to soon, so that you can take into consideration concerts that are announced later in the year. I think last year, we had to book tickets quickly, because quite a number of the concerts were announced a short time before the performance date - hence some of us are panicking thinking we should be booking right now - if you see what I mean Lots of love Mark

Hello Peter, I'm going to New York, then Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. At some point I was hoping that Hayley would do a US tour at the same time but it sounds like she will be around the UK instead! Hopefully she will still be around when I come back Stephany

Like it Joe, your post 3. However... after 24 hours unless a Mod you cannot alter a post. You'll have to 'quote' it into another post WHEN that happens.
Unfortunately I may be in Boston early May for a friend's birthday party which means it will be unlikely i will make the States for Hayley should she go this year.

Hi Peter, Here is my list of Hayley concerts that I am definitely going to so far..... 5th April - Buxton Opera House, Buxton 20th April - Venue Cymru, Llandundo 3rd May - Jersey Opera House, Jersey 13th July - Orwell Park, Ipswich (with All Angels) 26th July - Broadlands, Romsey (With All Angels) 24th August - Lincoln Castle, Lincoln I am also considering Macclesfield but that depends if I can get back after or not, I don't drive and certainly don't want to book a hotel as I only live 17 miles away. I can also add to that list at least half a dozen All Angels concerts and a few others as well. Fortunately cost isn't really a problem for me, being single and still living at home on a full time job has it's advantages! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifDazza Oh Lor', the days of freewheeling, freespending youth! I'm in the twilight years when one knows one will never again earn those sums so reserves are carefully monitored! Wait till you get a mortgage! But perhaps you won't need to. But then, you will not have the joy of paying it off and suddenly realising what life was once about so many years before! Peter S.

Much to see and do....and I actually left with a little money in my pocket! I also spent time in LA visiting my brother and visited friends in San Francisco some years back. And of course, NYC is amazing. You will indeed, have a great time! These are obviously all tourist towns, so please be careful and stay safe! I can't wait to see your photos. Best regards, Gene.

Hopefully she will still be around when I come back Stephany Great diversity there and you will love all of them--although times have changed somewhat since I was there--especially Las Vegas which I think is even more fascinating now then when i visited. Two points I urge you to give some serious consideration too--but it might be a hassle if you aren't hiring a car! Grand Canyon and the Sequoia forest. You are so near--and yet, of course, so far! The States is a vast country. I remember the first time I was in Canada and I was moaning to my friend that the maps weren't on a large enough scale, such as in the UK. He almost fell over with mixed laughter and incredulity. Peter, do you realise that if they produced maps on the scale you people in the UK use you'd need a 3 ton truck to carry all the volumes! This is a BIG country! Peter S.
