Ya know, there are some songs where I can keep up with Hayley and do a really good job at matching her pitch, then on others it's like, whoa, ok...she's got me there. And she's good at singing even with no music behind her. Me? Oh forget it...I have to have the music...

Hi Kimmie, I can't even keep up with Hayley falsetto LOL I won't even try to tell you how I sound in falsetto i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIn fact I don't even know why as a guy i have have falsetto... it seems strange to have it when its so rarely used Have any of you tried singing to Treasure yet? I wish there was a site where I could download the lyrics in one fell swoop... I really like Treasure overall. This is the first album where there are some songs that I think are just okay. But overall - very nicely done. I'm happy to report that I've been making good progress turning my friends into Hayley voice nuts Peter

I wanted to ask you folks another question...
Is this possible? One thing I noticed - when Hayley is singing long sustained notes with no vibrato (I'm not sure if I'm imagining things here) I'm thinking I can detect her heartbeat slightly affecting the singing. I must be imagining things... can your heartbeat affect pitch just ever so slightly?

But I have a question for you Peter. SInce I believe you said you were in the U.S., what version of Treasure are you currently listening to?

I can't say I've noticed it, Peter, but thanks for the excuse to listen to it again! Roger

Hayley's music has an extremely relaxing effect on me. I had mid-terms exams last week and it went very good thanks to Hayley. The stress is gone very fast after a few tracks of "Pure" and "Odyssey". Haven't tried yet with "Treasure" - will do for my final exams in April.

Hi everyone Stephany, you are so right when you say Hayley's music is relaxing. I have said before on other posts that if I have had a stressful day, or if I have something worrying me, I simply listen to a Hayley CD and after a while, the world seems a better place again - I feel de-stressed I am sure you all know what I mean ! Mark.

Hi, I'm listening to the one I received last week from my pre-order from a while back on Amazon.co.uk... I guess that means I've got the Brit version... My oh my all these beating hearts... we must be closet romantics or something

Even my wife knows, and she's very understanding.

I sing in my church's choir and am described by the chorister as being a "mega-bass'" or "basso profundo." I normally have to sing one octave below the rest of the basses in the choir, which makes me feel somewhat conspicuous--something I've rarely been comfortable with. However, in the solitude of my apartment, singing along with Hayley, albeit several octaves below her range, I find that my upper range has improved considerably. I've yet to try to sing in the proper octave with the choir, but I'm getting close, thanks to my sing-a-long sessions with Hayley.

I know the feeling Which of her CDs are you singing to? I've got to print out the Treasure CD's lyrics out, but I haven't found the thread that contains the Lyrics yet
