Great job with the calender! I'd better get printing one out for sure. It'll show my employer when I'll be needing time off from work! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRuss

Hey Richard, thanks for such a warm welcome!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Your example is proof of what a good Hayley calender can do - attract more Hayley fans, and raise awareness (and a few $$$) for her UNICEF cause. And believe me, in my neighborhood, a calender with a good looking girl on it is always a seller ! Come on folks, there has to be somebody out there that can help us with this endeavor! Step on up!

Hey Martin Thanks for the hello & welcome! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif The seafood in MA and all of New England is top notch, especially our clam chowdah (chowder for you out-of-staters). I reside only a few towns over from Concord. The area has changed for better and for worse, but it is still a great area to raise a family. Russ

Hi Peter, Steady blue, clear view Flashing blue, clouds due Steady red, rain ahead Flashing red, snow instead! Russ That's a new one on me, Russ. Yes, I recall the 'lantern'. It was up there somethwere my friend used to take celebreties who breezed into town for a short, half-hour TV interview. He was involved in promotions and used the interview as part of a promotional series. That way he met many celebs, obtaining their signatures for his personal files.Joan Collins is the most notable that comes to mind but all this took place over a period I am horrified to realise is thirty years ago! Otherwise I would have been on to him to try and grab Hayley and perhaps the whole CW set! Peter S.

Yep, I had to memorize that poem for a test in the 3rd grade. I think during that test, I also perfected the art of snapping my fingers, and just HAD to show everybody in class during the test. Needless to say, I spent a better part of that day in a chair facing the wall! Russ

Hello Russ! If you can remember the date of the test, you could mark its anniversary on the calendar. That would get this thread back on topic! Exit, muttering "We need a smiley with a cane..."Richard

I reside only a few towns over from Concord. The area has changed for better and for worse, but it is still a great area to raise a family. Russ Yes, I recollect disappointing my hosts who took the trouble to introduce me to a restaurant on Fisherman's Wharf (correct location, or am I confusing with a visit to 'Frisco?) recommending the clam chowdah, unaware I am NOT a fish person! It was one of my semi-business trips out. I was there on holiday and decided to follow through certain printing links to learn more about the industry there, especially developments in phototypesetting--we were still on hot metal and lead soldiers!. My boss, unaware that I was actually reccying the situation with a thought of emigrating, was so impressed with my desire to use private holiday for an industrial visit had me flown out by private charter to my own company's HQ from my holiday location. My printing knowledge had so clicked with this firm in Boston that half the Board took me out to dinner with a view to extending discussions and showing off their haute cuisine. Regretfully, my inability to appreciate their clam chowdah rather spoilt their first impressions of me! As clearly evidenced by the fact I am still here! Peter S. PS. Perhaps I mean Fisherman's Pier?

Exit, muttering "We need a smiley with a cane..."Richard Hey Richard, That would be a swell idea! If only there was somebody to make us a calender (wink wink, nudge nudge)!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I was thinking of making myself one of those desk calenders, with each day having a different Hayley picture. I'd be in heaven every day of the year! I wonder if there are 365 different pics of her... (there probably is). Well, it's only a pipe dream right now, but who knows, maybe it'll become reality! Nope, you're right Peter; we call them wharfs over here (I don't know why). There's a lot more to Beantown (nickname for Boston) than seafood. Our North End has some of the best Italian food around, rivaling Little Italy in NYC. Our Chinatown is top notch too!. Believe it or not, the most fancy and expensive places to eat are not always the best. The best ones I've found are the small mom and pop places, where they actually care about their customers and appreciate the business. The big fancy places worry too much about food critics and reviews in the culinary magazines. Most of us working stiffs can't even afford to walk by the fancy restaurants!! If you should ever find yourself in my neck of the woods, we'll grab a bite to eat for sure (It's an open invite for everybody!)! And if Hayley is in town...well...I guess she can come along too.... !!!!!! Russ

In a topic about a wall calendar we're talking about Boston? This makes no sense! In CT we say chowder, not chowdah- but that may be my dad's Aussie influence (not on the state, just my family!)

Does anyone have a pic of the June pic? I'd like to have it but not the calendar (which I love, but I'm not in the mood for calendars right now!)
