Hi, Back in july i asked Andrew if he would get a photo of Hayley autographed at the Edinburgh concert.,for my boss's three daughters , He out did himself and bought them all a copy of the Uk special edition and had them autographed. Then posted them to me. Having that edition has made it special for them as we can not buy that edition here, While signing 5 year old Lily's CD Hayley said that is one of my favouite names,So little lily was over the moon with that. why i'm writing this is ,that Lily plays Hayleys cd every night when shes in bed and her mum said she can hear her singing along to Hayley and Andrea, that song seems to be her favourite, i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThanks Andrew you made a little girl real happy and who knows she may start singing because of it. Belinda Re my work ,as i showed the receptionist and my boss the photo's i'd printed off of Cadogan, the new receptionist was very interested about the website and forum HWI one of course and told me she too had been in the audience at talent quests etc,as i had been, I left work but before i did i gave them the url of the main site and told them to look at the forum. So who knows there maybe some new members soon.

So who knows there maybe some new members soon. That is a very lovely story Belinda and I'm glad you shared it. The timing was superb. At Cadogan Hall Roger and I were chatting and he had a rather heart-wrenching story to tell which brought tears to both our eyes: to his as he relived while telling the incident and to mine because i had a similar experience. The key to both our stories was just like yours. A small kindness that can reap untold harvests in the heart of the recipient way beyond expectation. Thanks for sharing that. We rarely know the effect we have on anyone's feelings and too often forget that as we plough our furrows through life we affect many people's lives, brushing them aside, melding them into other's lives, making total upheavals for good or bad, just like the discs on the plough. Its good to know when something great can derive from something small. Peter S.

Hi Belinda, I've only just noticed that you've created this thread and have just read it for the first time. I feel quite moved after having read your story whilst I feel quite humble at the same time. It's a lovely thought to imagine young Lily singing 'Dell'A'more Non Si Sa'... It was a pleasure to be able to help you Belinda. You are one VERY KIND and SENSITIVE Hayley fan yourself! All I did was spread the goodness which was already there so that others could enjoy it too! Thank you Belinda for taking the time to write this post. I really appreaciate your thoughfulness of sharing your story with us. Lots of Love Andrew xx

Hi Andrew, Thankyou for your post Yes i agree i am very sensitive, maybe too much sometimes, Kind, well no more than any of the kind souls amongst the ranks of HWI who have showed their kindness to me. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif your self included, Standup and give yourselves a pat on the back ;I would but my arms not long enough You have to watch out though sometimes kindness can backfire and shoot you right in the foot. Haha i think wer'e all a pretty nice Bunch (No Roger i don't mean of Banana's) Andrew i will try and get a pic of the girls with their cd's. Belinda. NZ

Hi Belinda
What a lovely story - Maybe there is a budding "Hayley" there, let's hope so.
I think many of us have little kindnesses that we have done, or have had done for us, that bring happiness when we think of them.
I'll share mine and hope it won't bore.
One Sunday in church the vicar told a story of a lady who had not been in church for many years, but a regular parishioner told her she was sitting in "her place" - the lady left.
The following Sunday, I arrived at church to find an elderly lady sat in my usual place. Remembering the story from the previous week, I sat quietly next to her. Turned out her husband had just died and she felt she needed to be in church. We sat together for many years until she sadly passed away.
I could have asked her to move and ruined something very special, but I didn't.
(Sorry Roger if that's going off thread!)
Grant
