I think this video is very good. I would like to ask a question about the video. In the video, Hayley picked up something which is shiny . She used this shiny thing to save a guy later. What is this shiny thing?

In the video, Hayley may have picked something up but, I think you will find that the "shine" was computer graphics being used.
All clever stuff.

Actually, the story of the video is not quite related to the story of the song itself. But anyway, Hayley was very pretty in the video!! She's just like a fairy, an angel!!!!!

Every time when I see this video, I think it looks real 3-dimensional when Hayley is walking through the trees on the beach ...

I've always thought of that sparkle as a bit of the sun. Alternatively, since Hayley used it to revive the guy on the beach, it's probable some type of healing evergy. But that's getting way technical...it's just a lovely, lovely video!
Yes, indeed Lothar - I really like that scene when Hayley walks amongst the trees...it truly looks 3-D and is terrific on the DVD!

I always imagined the sparkle to be a ring, possibly one with magical powers. Whatever, it is certainly intended to be merely symbolic. Um.... isn't it?
