Well done, Comet. that shoots down my last post in flames. You did the job properly, quoting chapter verse and line number! Peter S.

The BBQ code for Hayley Bush Blair Queen I believe was indeed in the biograhy but also, these things are coded anyway, so it may have been the security code for the whole event.
Having a couple of times been involved with receiving royalty not only is the event itself coded and is never specifically referred to in all the limbering up or the security on the occasion, but so too are the personages referred to by code names amongst security people, such as 'English rose' is now leaving through the South door and entering the car'.

Hello Peter! When you find your copy of the book, you won't have to search through it. The whole story of the BBQ event is in the Foreword. Best Wishes, Richard

Hello Rebecca! Gosh, you read at exactly the same speed as me! I bought the book as soon as it was published here in the UK, and I was so engrossed I couldn't put it down until I finished reading it. It took me four hours too! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes from London, Richard Hi Richard, We bought our copy in CHCH last January !! I read it there and then !! (Motel) I re-read as soon as we arrived home with the same enthusiasm, knowing very little about Hayley at that time !! I just love that book !!! The pics. are gorgeous !!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIf anyone hasn't read it yet...it's a must priority !!! Love, Marianne

... Oh, and there are some great pics of Hayley in it you can't get anywhere else. As in baby/early childhood pics? That seems to be the current mania and shots of Hayley as a toddler would be priceless. If no such pics are forthcoming then a simple forensic-anthropological regression may be done on current photos to depict Hayley as she probably would have looked in her earliest years.

Hello Marianne! Did it take you about four hours to read the book, same as me? Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down until I finished it, and I've read the whole book several times now. I hope Paul Little is writing a second volume, because that would be even more interesting! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes from London, Richard

Your humour falls right into my hands, Rodders! You've given me the excuse before I knew I had it.. The excuse to COME FORWARD in age in my contribution to the childhood picture thread!

Try amazon.co.uk, which is where I obtained my copy. Or 'com' if not in UK. It is well worth the acquisition. It is a lovely book explaining how even for Hayley there was a chance element and also gives a little of the background of how the music industry works. It is a really fascinating book.

Hi Amanda. Welcome. I hope your decision to join us lives up to the expectations your visiting inspired.
You should have found out there is a lot of fun to be gained here as well as much information on Haykey--usually ahead of everyone but Hayley herself, except occasionally, it seems we might have an idea of what is happening before she does! Peter S.
