Hi...I am a new fan of Hayley, so I don't know much about her. I have some questions about Hayley: 1. How tall is she? 2. What is her real hair colour? 3. Who are her favourite singers? 4. What is her hobby? 5. What is her real eyes colour? 6. What are her favourite songs? Thank you for the answers.... i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hi amarantine, I think Hayley is about 5ft 7in, or 170cm. 2. What is her real hair colour? Mid brown 3. Who are her favourite singers? Hayley has named many singers (pop and classical) as her favourites but the one she most often names is Andrea Bocelli. His was the first CD she ever bought when she was eleven. Of course, Hayley doesn't have much time for any hobbies these days but I know she likes indoor rock climbing and it has been recently reported that she has done a little mountaineering! 5. What is her real eyes colour? I see them as being somewhere between blue and grey but, in certain lights, they can look green! 6. What are her favourite songs? I think these vary from one week to the next! She has often said she likes 'Pokarekare Ana', and 'Wuthering Heights' but, recently she has named 'The Water Is Wide' and 'Scarborough Fair'. Roger

Hello Roger and amarantine! I heard that somewhere recently too, possibly during one of Hayley's recent radio or TV interviews. I suspected at the time that it was probably a reference to her indoor rock-climbing, because I can't see how Hayley could possibly find the time to visit a real mountain! Best Wishes, Richard

Best Wishes, Richard I only hope Hayley doesn't risk anything too dangerous. Climbing can be a very dangerous sport - even for very experienced climbers. Hayley probably enjoys the adrenaline rush from high climbing. She should be used to it after her history of climbing the charts! Regards, Andrew

At Hayley's old High school they have an indoor rock climbing wall in the Gymnasium, Thats where she probably got the liking for that sport, I agree Richard , When would she have time to climb a real mountain?. Belinda

Hi amarantine, I think Hayley is about 5ft 7in, or 170cm. Roger Hi Roger and amarantine, Hayley is indeed often about 5ft 7 in. but when she is, she is wearing heels And Roger, you forgot that you are 8ft 6 in tall so everyone under 6 ft looks tiny i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBased on the a photo of me, you and Hayley taken backstage in Birmingham this year, I estimate Hayley's height to be at most 5ft 6in on the assumption that she was wearing low heels the same as or slightly higher than my one inch heels. But this is a guess... I cannot remember what shoes Hayley was then wearing. Can you remember Roger, because if she was wearing medium or high heels, she is shorter than 5 ft 6 in. Cheers, Dave

Hi Dave, You are quite right albeit for all the wrong reasons! According to her biography (p.32) she is 167cm which, at the current rate of exchange(!) converts to 5 ft 5.75 inches. So, that IS how tall she is.... provided she's read the book, of course! Now what's all this about shoes? Roger

Anytime I've seen her on stage she's always wearing 3" heels but I don't think she wears them for signing sessions. Whenever I've had my pic taken with her I've never noticed her shoes, I'm too busy looking at the camera ! Sorry, that's not much help is it ?!

5' 6" give or take sounds about right, she's taller than Katherine Jenkins, who's a petite 5' 3", and she towers when she is wearing her 3" heels, she was on eye level with me at about 5' 8" the one time I spoke to her up close while she had them on (Bryant Park). The other times I have spoken to her at any length up close she's been wearing flat sandals or sneakers, and she's still taller than most women. I can also say that the times I've gotten to talk to her up close her eyes have always appeared to be a beautiful sapphire blue.
An interesting thing many people might not know is that she has surprisingly strong hands, I would guess that is from playing the guitar.

I think Hayley's strong hands are more likely to have developed through her rock-climbing. She also enjoys swimming, which is always good for the muscles. Richard

Richard One also needs to remember her piano playing, that requires strong hands at her level of competence--if she manages to keep up her practice! Peter

Hehe, so don't irk Hayley or she might use her strong hands to give you the Vulcan neck pinch and knock you cold.
