Actually, "Come Fly with Me" might be appropriate!! Martin D Martin D I'm a bug fan of Josh And Michael (bigger fan of Josh ). I'd love to see Josh and Hayley write original music together! "Come Fly With Me" is my favorite song from that genre. I think that would make an interesting duet song. That would be pretty cool!

When it comes to Duet Partner(s) , may I suggest someone that is a bit , Atypical & UN-conventional ............... & please also bear in mind that Duet Partner(s) does NOT have to be "Of the Opposite Sex" , that "Partner" , in Hayley's case , can be a female singer. The person that I was thinking about happened to be ............ Bjork , the Icelandic Super-Alternative-PopRock Diva . I understand that THIS idea might sound crazy to some people , & many more would consider Bjork having "a very weird personality" . But I just have to say that the Icelandic lady is **DAMN** talented ! If ever Hayley could be given the opportunity to perform together with Bjork , not just in terms of "Singing" & "Recording a song or two" , but also in the sense of "Co-Writing songs & Co-Creating new artistic works" with HER , that final finished product might , turn out to be an absolute Mind-Blower . & ......... I was also kind of "Imagining" that , somehow I feel that the 2 Countries of Iceland & New Zealand seem to me , that they were almost like a pair of Twin Sisters that got scattered & separated on the 2 extreme ends , in terms of geographical location , on Planet Earth . AND this , kind of made me start having that type of "Global Music Odyssey" idea spinning in my mind . ............ well, but anyway , THAT's just some of the "Stuff" that randomly spring to my mind ................ Regards Chungie That's how I felt when I mentioned the composer Yuki Kajiura in Reply #423. She's pretty legendary. I've never been a fan of Bjork but, then again, I don't think I've giver her much of a chance in the past. I'll have to listen to more of her stuff...

Also, Didn't Josh Groban mention in a blog video or something that his next album that he's working will get back to the 'David Foster CC' sound that his first few albums had? I was worried for a while that he would drift away and leave the Classical Crossover genre behind. All is not lost, JG fans!! I really do want to see some sort of collaboration between Hayley and Josh, be it a song or an album (what a thought!)! Also Also! What about that song "Smile" that was a bonus track on Josh's Awake album?!? I could hear Hayley or even Michael Buble singing that song! maybe even as a duet! Smile:

Hello Jenny! I'm sorry, but we don't allow links to videos that contain commercially available material for copyright reasons, unless they were uploaded by the artist or their record company. Regretfully I had to remove the link from your post. Best wishes, Richard

Hi Paul, You could add "https://i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifown to the River to Pray". It is part of the Spiritual Medley on her Live from New Zealand DVD. Jim If I could I would add On the wings of time as well. Why ? oh why does Hayley hide her best work on obscure (Difficult to obtain) one country releases ? Te moana Te awatea Ka nui taku aroha mou Oh joyful one Cast your golden light Reach out and touch everything in sight

Hello Paul! I've thought of another one - 'For the Fallen', which Hayley recorded with Karl Jenkins and Bernard Cribbins. I've added both songs to your list, and updated the letters left (now only 8 out of 26). Richard

Yeah, Jenny, Josh and Hayley are both good songwriters, so I've always thought they could write a song together. But, the chances of that, let alone a duet, seem a little slim. No, I didn't see the video blog, though I do remember him saying he was going to do one soon. I wish he would actually go back to DF as his producer, or whatever he was. I just really hope Hayley's involvement on DF's Asia tour allows her to gain some sort of relationship that would increase the likelihood of her collaborating with him or one of "his" artists sometime in the future. Comet, it's not Hayley's fault what her record company puts on what CD, although I agree that they don't always do her or her fans any favors, as far as what song goes on what release.

There's one song that I have in mind, but eh... there are hardly (as in no) modern versions of that specific song and it's mostly sung by men.

I should like to hear her perform "How Can I Keep From Singing" and "In the Bleak Midwinter" to name just two. A new rendition of "Panis Angelicus" would be lovely too!

I was thinking of the song "My Love". I had to look up who's song it was- Petula Clark. It's the one that starts out.....My love is warmer than the warmest sunshine, softer than a sigh, my love love is deeper than the deepest ocean.... It's such a beautiful song to begin with, and I just can imagine what Hayley and her skill set could do with that!

I should like to hear her perform "How Can I Keep From Singing" and "In the Bleak Midwinter" to name just two. A new rendition of "Panis Angelicus" would be lovely too! Those are beautiful songs. I kind of feel like they're being done a lot lately. I'm thinking of Camilla Kerslake, but I think I might have seen that Faryl Smith did the first one, too. But in my opinion, Enya's version is so heavenly, I don't even want to hear anyone else do it... with the possible exception of Hayley. I know she would do it beautifully, too. Another song by Enya (well, HCIKFS isn't originally by Enya) that I thought Hayley could do is Fallen Embers. It's my absolute favorite song by Enya, so perfectly beautiful. I've been trying to imagine Hayley singing it, and I think she would definitely do it justice, and then some! As for In the Bleak Midwinter, she would probably have to come out with another Christmas/winter album again, and that probably won't be for a long time. But if she does do another one, I'm hoping she goes for a lot more familiar songs. I listed my choices on one of the previous pages.

If Hayley does another Christmas album I would hope it would have a few more of her own compositions on it! Those were always the most interesting songs on WM.
