Dear All, Having received my first 2 orders from 'Hayley's Online Store', I would encourage anyone who has not yet browsed/ ordered goods from the Store, to go and have a look. The link for Hayley's Online Store is included below: www.hayleystore.com/I was delighted with goods which I received! The 'Pure' illuminating pens (I bought a set!) are of a very high quality, so I probably won't be lending them to anyone, for fear of losing them! Instead it's likely that I'll be buying some more pens, with a view to giving them to friends who have not really listened to Hayley's music yet. I'm sure most folks would be very intrigued! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThe NZ Concert Programmes are fantastic- great to add to your collection of UK Concert Programmes! Yes, there are slight variations between the 2 versions... The 'Hayley Pure' pendants have to be seen to be believed... These are wonderfully authentic pieces- with a good weight to them! Has anybody else ordered from Hayley's Online Store recently? Regards, Andrew

You have rendered more than just us a great service in telling us how satisfied you were at the Hayley merchandise from the online store.

That is superb.

I am really impressed with the pens (I have all three colours). Somehow, I doubt if the pendant would suit me! Roger

[glow=blue,10,300]'Pure' Pens[/glow] I ordered a set of the illuminating 'Pure' pens from Hayley's Online Store (there are 3 colours available). I was delighted with the goods which I received! Personally I'm very fussy about the pens I use. I always like good quality "reliable" ones with a consistent flow of ink! It also helps a lot if they are easy to write with too. The 'Pure' pens are very high quality "biro" type pens which have a good weight to them. The barrel of the pen lights up when the spring button is pressed at the top. The nib of the pen is lowered and retracted by twisting the barrel. It is possible to use the pen without using the illumination feature. I would recommend these pens to anyone - plus they are always a great talking point! I will definitely be buying some more of these pens from Hayley's Online Store, with a view to using them myself and also giving some to friends too. Hi Andrew I am also very pleased with the quality of the 'Pure' pens. I have the "red" pen. Your post gave me the opportunity to have a look at it again. The storage tube is also another quality feature. I reckon it's time that I ordered again from Hayley's online store. The only item I don't have is the 'Odyssey' poster. I was happy when I learned whose writing it was on my parcel labels! Best wishes to you, Andrew Joe

I have just received my order from Hayley's Store. I bought the "Walking In The Air Poster and the NZ "Pure Tour" Programme. Both are superb quality and a great addition to my collection.
Now I'm intrigued because the label was hand written and am wondering if this was by a family member and if anyone has any suggestions about finding out.
For a clue, the signature on the customs label looks like a laid back 9 (Could be a G perhaps?)

Hi Grant, I only received a short hand written note on the one occasion when I had placed 2 separate orders on the same day. The note I received was to advise me that the orders had been sent together as a single package. That's all! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRegards, Andrew

Hi Andrew Thanks for bringing Hayley's on-line store to my attention again I have just sent an order for Hayleys book, which I have still not read !! and a Pure pen. I guess it will take some time to arrive if it has to come from N.Z But then that just adds to the excitement ! Best regards Mark.
