I just heard Mario's Benedictus (not the song Hayley sang, but quite beautiful nonetheless) on my online radio, and agree that he would be perfect for such a production.
In the poll, I chose the "if they had the right costars" option. Obviously because they would have to sing well, but also, if they were singers like Mario and Josh, Hayley would get a lot of new fans.

I don't know if this appears elsewhere in the HWI forums, but there's a nice video on "YouTube" that uses Hayley's "Dark Waltz" in connection with the Phantom phlick. The editing is both clever, in that the scenes kinda synch with the music, and annoying, because of the white flashes between shots. Thanks Steve! That's a well put together video. Notice there're another Phantom videos in the "more videos" list featuring Hayley's Acorss the Universe of Time and Never Say Goodbye. You may not believe it but I just ordered tickets to "Phantom of the Opera" in Vancouver few hours ago around the time of your post! Can it pure coincidence that we're thinking about the musical at the same time?  Allen |
