I hope I haven't missed anything, but I can't see a reference to this one. Hayley sings the "Bridal Ballad" an Edgar Allen Poe poem put to music by Jocelyn Pook who composed the music for the soundtrack. It's in the style of the time of the film and at first I found it odd, but it has become one of my favourites.
I think that Hayley's appearing on this soundtrack is one of her greatest coups. The other singer featured is Andreas Scholl a very highly regarded counter-tenor - and it is a major film. There is also the Mulan II soundtrack and another Disney one that I believe she appears on.

Hello Stuart! We didn't have a dedicated thread for this album, probably because the Bridal Ballad appears on several of Hayley's albums. The other Disney film you're thinking of is 'Lilo & Stitch 2', which features Hayley and others singing 'Always'. Best Wishes, Richard

Hi Richard, I'm going to be off-topic to avoid another off-topic post Is there a thread for 'Lilo&Stitch 2' ? I'd love to post my comments on it but couldn't find an existent topic. Many thanks in advance. Love, Stephany

Hello Stephany! There is a thread about 'Lilo & Stitch 2' on the Miscellaneous board HERE. There is also a reference to the DVD HERE. I don't know if Hayley's song has ever appeared on a CD. Richard

I had heard of the "Lilo and Stitch 2" but couldn't comfirm that Hayley had appeared on it. I was actually thinking of "The Nutcracker and the Mouseking" where Hayley sings "It's a Peachy and Creamy World" on the soundtrack. I got it wrong when I said it was a Disney film; I think it may be a German or Russian film. I couldn't find anything about doing a search of the forum, but I may have done the search incompetently.
