Hi all! Thank you for the scans! I can't wait for my copy to arrive. On HMV Japan the orders can be tracked and mine left Japan yesterday and is now at Frankfurt Airport. I hope the rest of the way won't take that long anymore. Thomas

Hello Thomas and everyone
I first played my copy of "Prayer" early this afternoon and am now listening to it again on my PC (currently playing "The Last Rose of Summer")
I'm not ready to write a review yet, so here are a few general observations.
There are 4 tracks I have never heard before (Jekyll, Here Beside Me, Flood and I'm Kissing You) and two I've heard, but didn't have on CD (Listen To The Wind and There's A Sparkle In Your Eyes)
Of the tracks I already know, having "Prayer" as the opening track is brilliant. Like Odyssey, hearing those first notes, you just know you are going to love the album! Then adding James Horner's orchestral ending to "May It Be" is an absolute blessing! It is probably the best bit of the soundtrack of the film for me (Oh! It's playing now!! excellent!!) "You Are Water" is another track I love, but because it's only on the US version of Odyssey, I don't listen to it much. Pity, because I find it quite moving.
"The Last Rose Of Summer" took me by surprise - yes, of course I know it, but on the DVD the duet with Meav didn't do much for me, but simply listening to it, I find Hayley and Maev's voices work very well together. The only explanation I can think of at the moment was on the DVD I concentrated on Hayley and Meav was the interloper (and I don't mean that unkindly)
Of the new tracks, "Jekyll" and "Flood" have to be highlights of the album and I'm taken back to Debbie Wiseman's description of Hayley's voice as a 'beautiful musical instrument' It certainly help to understand the idea behind these pieces, and I'm again in awe of Hayley's remarkable talent in this respect.
"Here Beside Me" and "I'm Kissing You", well I'm going to have to listen to those two a couple more times before I comment.
Overall, the contents of this CD are as superb as the cover artwork is exquisite.
Well done Hayley and UCJ Japan!!
Best wishes Grant
Footnote: Interestingly Windows Media Player does not yet recognise this CD!

Hi Grant, I got Prayer yesterday and went to put it on my Creative MP3 player and the Information was not available but it should be now because I entered it in. So if you find any typos you know who to blame It was the first time I heard I'm Kissing You, very interesting percussion line on this song, must listen to it some more. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......................................Love it........ The picture of Hayley at the wall from the Treasure shoot, It looks as if Hayley is expecting the boogyman to come around the corner and go BOOO ! comet

You know, when I listened to the new Prayer cd, it was the first time that I heard "There's a Sparkle in Your Eyes". And I don't know how or why, but when I heard that song, all of a sudden an image came to mind of me getting married some day and my bride and I were using this particular song for our opening dance. Is that corny? I don't know.... Anyway, I just wish I could have seen the bride's face in my mind, so I'd know who she was.... you see, I'm single right now!

Interesting 'vision' Jeroen.
Keep it in your mind as I'm sure the right girl will come along when you're least expecting it.
Best wishes Grant
