Why does this happen

Help please

Sorry if this is not the right place.

My problem is.

I can log in ok.

I then open a thread(still logged in) and then when I open the page sometimes I can post sometimes I can not.

Then it logs me out.

All I seem to do is go around in a circle.

I log in, open a thread and it logs me out.

Can any one give me any advise please

Hello Mary,

I believe we have only ever known of one similar enquiry before and we cannot be sure of the answer. I therefore have only one suggestion at the moment.

When you log in, you can select the length of time to stay logged in. It sounds as though you may have inadvertantly selected the shortest which is 15 minutes. I am not convinced though because the default is 6 hours. However, try selecting "forever" from the drop down menu in the hope that solves the problem.

I will try that when I log out.

Yes on my compuer it shows the least time you can log in is 6 hours.
