At present Hayley is touring the major European cities and making new fans in many non-English speaking countries. Is there a reason ProBoards prohibits them from posting in their own languages? I think it would be great if HWI found a way to include them.

Steve,
Here is the relevant section copied and pasted from ProBoards Terms of Service (not the final sentense):
3. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Your web site must conform to the following standards to be eligible to utilize this service:
User's content must comply in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws of the State of California and the US Federal Government.
User's web site may not contain content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, "spam," fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity.
User's message board and Web site must be in English.
In answer to your question, no reason is given. However, what would be the point of members posting in Hungarian (for example)? How many of our members would understand it and how are we expected to moderate such posts?

Hi Steve,
Roger is quite right; with posts in a language other than English, it would be a) impossible for forum staff to to ensure compliance with the Proboards Terms of Service and b) impossible for Proboards Staff (who seem to be mainly from the US and with one or two from the UK) properly to investigate all complaints of TOS violations. This, I surmise, is why Proboards insist upon it.
Cheers, Dave
