Hi Lothar,
Everything was working perfectly for me this morning. It may well have been a problem with one of the routers. This happens sometimes. When it does, it is not a server problem and, as a rule, clears itself pretty quickly. It is not supposed to happen but, it does. A router is like a relay station - and there can be 20 or more in the line - between your computer and the server. Their job is to test the line and find the easiest and quickest way to connect you to the website you want to view. They are supposed to be self refreshing but, they sometimes fail to do so and, as a result, you can get stuck in the middle of attempting to connect. or, you can in fact see an old page that you know has been updated since the one you are looking at.
It's all good fun. But, usually they work pretty well.

Tim is, at least, consistent. He has once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
This is unlike Hayley who snatches even greater success from the jaws of success - and does so repeatedly.
So, yes, there is a kind of link between them.
Anyway, I hope Hayley gets a chance to have a few days break with her family while she's in NZ.
