Hi there!
Before someone moves this thread to "a more appropriate spot" (and, of course, you may do so with (or without) my blessings, please hear me out. As we all know, Hayley has performed with.....let me rephrase that. Ahem...Some of the best known talents in the world have been privileged to perform with Hayley!, one of whom is the great Bryn Terfel. I am pleased to announce that he will be performing on April 20th at LA's beautiful Music Center (also known as the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion). Here's the link:

I am very much encouraged by this news because Mr. Terfel's performance in Southern California would not occur were it not for a HUGE classical audience here...and when I say classical I mean classical and classical-crossover. I am beginning to feel catered to by our only classical radio station (KUSC-FM)...ever so slightly but growing, growing...and I do not feel it is much of a stretch to say that Hayley herself already has a HUGE fan base here (we're just not organized yet, I suppose!). Also, Celtic Woman is back at the Greek (sans Hayley, of course, but back) and the whole genre is starting to happen here. I can feel it, and I am an ENFJ (for you Myers-Briggs fans out there).
I'll continue to let various venues here know how much we Hayley fans want a Hayley concert, and if anyone out there wants to help out in this endeavor, great! More the merrier! (I did, of course, vote for Hayley's Treasure for a Classical Brit award, but, hey, no pressure here ))
Anyway, I'm encouraged. Hopefully other west coasters are too!
