Hi Rodders,
Some of our long-established members are probably saying, "Oh no, don't start Roger off about the Seekers again"!
Yes, I do remember them. Rather well, actually! During their UK "reunion" tours throughout the late nineties, I came to know them rather well and, together with a team of friends, I used to run a fan club for them. Known as "Friends of the Seekers", we issued thrice yearly magazines to subscribing members around the world which, at its height, was about 3,000. All profits were donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association (as Judith's husband died from MND).
When they disbanded (again) in 2000, so did we but it was good fun and the memories of meeting them on numerous occasions will last a lifetime. If they don't, I still have the magazines!
Should it be of interest, there is a five CD set called "The Seekers Complete" containing digitally remastered versions of all their sixties material together with everything they had recorded (at the time) in the 90s. It even includes several previously unreleased tracks. 126 tracks in all!

Back in the early 60's do you remember a vocal group from Australia called ” The Seekers“? I believe they worked their passage to the UK in search of fame and possibly fortune. This they did and were lucky to land Gig's at another well known spot called ”The Talk Of The Town“I have an LP of one of their performances at this venue, and very good it was too.
