Hayley-Westenra-International.com does not condone music piracy and will not, under any circumstances, supply copied material by email or any other method. We gather information from various sources, serving fans worldwide with information and on-site multimedia for promotional purposes and discussion only. We neither seek nor gain financial reward in our declared aim of promoting and helping further public awareness of Miss Hayley Westenra's unique vocal talent.

Furthermore Hayley-Westenra-International.com does not condone the unauthorised reproduction of any commercially available pre-recorded material for any means whatsoever other than for one’s own personal use in accordance with International Copyright Law.

Audio-Visual Slideshows

Before creating audio-visual slideshows intended for posting or linking to in the HWI forum, members should note the following guidelines:

1) All photographers should be asked directly for permission to include their photos, credited by name - and any conditions observed. Photos for which this is not possible should not be included in the slideshow.

2) Commercially available audio should not be included, not even short clips (because of an agreement made between HWI and Decca).

3) Private videographers/sound recordists should to be asked directly for permission to include their material, credited by name - and any conditions observed.

4) Confirmation that these guidelines have been followed should be given when posting or linking to any slideshows in the forum.

Although Hayley's promo album, WITA, is not subject to the usual copyright rules, I have been asked by Gerald Westenra to remind all members of the families' wish that this album should not spread any further. Those of you who are fortunate enough to have bought legitimate copies on Ebay, please respect their wishes and do not reproduce the album in any way other than for your own personal use.
