Hi all,

I've just been sent an e-mail from Allister MacGillivray, the musical director of The Cottars. Allister wrote and composed the song "Song for the Mira" which tells of the beauty of the Mira River in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Anyway, Canadian singer Anne Murray (who has recorded "Song for the Mira" several years ago) has re-recorded the song with Celtic Woman for "Duets" CD.

Anne Murray also duets with a wide range of artists such as Nelly Furtado, Olivia Newton-John, and Sarah Brightman.
