CONFUSION REIGNS!
So why shouldn't you all be as confused as I! Evern if I am not confused at all as I am unaffected
I'm just cancelling my St Paul's ticket but i do feel very sorry for Richard.
My version of all the huffing and puffing is as follows. Before I copy the two emails I have received three important questions.
Why all the palaver over a fifth angel if she isn't available as a spare since this seems not so much a 'last-minute' hitch as a reasonably planned realisation of necessity?
Okay, so she could not manage the events either and perhaps she is in examitis too and question 2 I suppose three would not have the right volume/harmonic balance even if the arrangements could be re-worked.
Question 3. How on earth can a clearly planned strategic management decision make such a public mess of disinformation?

Dear Customer, [13th March]
secureTicket would like to clarify the position with regard to the All Angels concerts. We are only the ticket sellers and are obliged to comply with our clients instructions. Our client is the Tour organiser, Purple Dragon Productions.
Our client has informed us that the three concerts, at Edinburgh, Liverpool and St Paul’s Cathedral have been
cancelled and are not postponed. [/b]
All Angels Management have informed some fans that the concert has been postponed, (but please note that they are the not the organisers of the Tour). However, the clarification from the actual organisers of the Tour is that these three concerts are definitely cancelled.
Although we are personally under no obligation to do so, as a gesture of goodwill to our customers, secureTicket, are offering anyone that has bought tickets a chance to attend another concert and to upgrade their tickets at no additional cost to you, as we appreciate the disappointment.
For those concerned that the VIP reception will no longer be the same, the number of VIP tickets / places will remain the same and as such will not be a larger throng of people, as there are still sufficient tickets and places available.
If you have any further queries or require any further clarification, please email us at customersupport@secureTicket.biz or by telephone on 0871 271 5151 and we will do our utmost to assist.
Regards,
Secure Ticket Team
This also indicates a possibility of a 'lack of sales' rather than examinitis!
