Has anyone who purchased their ticket before Christmas received it yet? I'm still waiting.

No, not yet, Martin. It is not unusual for tickets to be withheld until a week prior to the event. I'm not saying that is the case with this one but, if it is, it's nothing to worry about. They could well turn up any time between now and the latter part of March.

They could well turn up any time between now and the latter part of March. Roger I had a feeling that somewhere, in the advance emails perhaps, there was a statement tickets would be issued 'in ten weeks time' which would have been from the timing of the option to book. Certainly I have that memo on my Outlook to watch out for them in the post around that time--or ten weeks before the concert date, I can't now recall. I'm just making up my mind for Fairfield bearing in mind I'm seeing her at Buxton, but then I suspect (obviously will be) totally different overall shows even if Hayley's contribution remains largely similar. Could still forgo the Buxton BUT, it is a lovely theatre and the presentation will, as I say, be different. Peter S.

Hello Libby, Most of us who intend to go have booked premium tickets. You can read more about it on the AAI forum HERE. Hope to see you there? Stephany xx

Hi All.
I was going to follow this through on the AAI web using Stephany's thoughtfully provided link but for some reason I've had to ask the system to remind me my password--unless I've fallen off because I have not posted there for awhile.
The implication on the posts there is that tickets should have been received beginning of February. Now we are in March has anyone else received, or NOT received their tickets?

Hi Peter, I have not received my ticket yet. The email confirmation received at the time did not indicate when they might be dispached and I don't recall the exact wording (if any) on the site. I don't think we have any cause to be concerned just yet. I'll let you know when to worry! You still have an account at the AAI Forum and it says you logged in at 2:09pm today! Roger

Hi Peter (and Roger), A couple weeks ago I received an email from the ticket company saying that tickets would be sent out two weeks prior to the event. I can't remember the exact wording of why this is happening, but there should be no reason to worry! Our tickets are coming. <3 Caitlin

In one respect that is reassuring, in another I don't recall receiving the email, although I did receive acknowledgment of my priority booking for it. right at the beginning. Peter S.

Thank you Richard and Roger. Yes, I had just picked up on my email prompt which confirmed the password I had been using earlier. I must have been singularly ham fisted on my keying-in if you are able to confirm my account is still active and yes, your obvious double checking for me coincided with my entering the site!
Regards Peter S.

Thanks Richard.
Bedlam Management have confirmed that this and two other concerts have been postponed. No revised date has been indicated and no reason was given.
