Armed Forces Memorial unveiling

Hello everybody!

Following their appearances on 'This Morning' and 'Emmerdale' on 9th October, All Angels have several more TV appearances coming up this year, according to their official website.

• 12 October 2007 - Forces Memorial - BBC News 24
  
• 10 November 2007 - Festival of Remembrance - BBC 1
  
• 23 November 2007 - This Morning - ITV 1
  
• 2 December 2007 - Songs of Praise from Hexham Abbey - BBC 1

Hello everybody!

From the above list, it appears that All Angels may be taking part in the Royal British Legion's Dedication Ceremony at the new Armed Forces Memorial in the National Memorial Arboretum tomorrow. It's too late to apply for tickets, but there should be coverage on BBC News 24.

Ceremony to Dedicate the Armed Forces Memorial

The Armed Forces Memorial is being constructed at The National Memorial Arboretum and will provide the first national memorial dedicated to the men and women of the United Kingdom Armed Forces (Regular and Reserve) killed on duty or as a result of terrorist action since the Second World War.

The dedication of the Armed Forces Memorial will be an historic event. A ceremony to mark the occasion will be held at the Arboretum on Friday 12 October 2007 at 11:30am. The aim is to ensure that as many families and friends of those killed on duty, whose names are engraved on the memorial, can be represented. To achieve this, tickets will be allocated proportionately across each decade with a maximum of two per application. Tickets are limited so apply without delay.

Application Form is available from the Armed Forces Memorial website. Closing date for applications is 14 September 2007.

All Angels did indeed take part in the dedication ceremony at the Armed Forces Memorial yesterday. There are some reports on the AAI forum HERE.

Yes, great photo by Chris over at AAI as above... and I've now posted an ITV screenshot of 3.1 Angels plus details of how you can watch the ITV local coverage (I'll do a video of it later). Go to Chris's photo.then scroll down two posts.
