Hi all, collectors!! Does someone have the versions Emil mentioned above?? I remember i bought a very strange Odyssey 2 cd version ,full with asian characters/text,with a free copy of Pure, long time ago. After recieving it, i was very disappointed, because they were gold cd's, from Sony!!,not the recordcompany from Hayley. I became aware they were asian piracy products!! I see a lot of very cheap cd's from Asia, priced Buy Now $3-$4,and i can't believe they are original releases.I tried to find these versions, where and when they were released, but couldn't find the barcodes etc at Decca.Maybe i am wrong, so if someone knows, please let me know!!! Greetz JOYCE.

Hi Joyce, I assume most of the products sold on E bay are genuine Decca or Universal products. Just as genuine products are sold to the supermarket chains to be sold at heavily discounted prices. Often quite some time after the original release when the real fans have paid full price, there are another group who buy in the under a tenner bracket or the "3 for €25" or impulse buys.
After that they are discounted again to clear stocks, resulting in genuine products at very low prices.
I assume the thinking is "better to sell 500,000 a say $3 than only 100,000 at say $5. As long as Hayley keeps getting the gold discs I don't mind

Hi Folks, I see a large number of complaints building up against the HIDDEN IDs on Ebay that look like this M**1
It would appear some members are bidding on their own items with another ID or maybe more than two IDs and then using the Second Chance system to offer you the item at your max bid. They have a thread on E bay called "Have you been Shilled ?" referring to this practice.
I presume they know what they can do with the item at that stage, They may insert it in a place where the sun does not shine..

Hi Paul, only for the sake of completeness - the item went for USD 55.99. That seems to be - to my mind - a little bit insane (even so taking the weak USD into account). So your suspicion may be right. Cheers, Karsten

Also remember that the 'Treasure' EPK sold for £100 when it first became available! Best wishes Grant
