Hello everyone I shall go to bed very happy tonight because I've just won a MEGA RARE promo CD on Ebay!! Tracks are:- 1. My Heart and I 2. Pokarekare Ana (Come Back To Me) Vocalise 3. Mary Did You Know 4. Hine Hine (Maori Mix) 5. The Mummers' Dance I think it may be a promo for the US release of Pure as it is dated 2004 and has the picture of Hayley with black hair as used on some of the Japanese CD's (Wuthering Heights comes to mind). In 3 years of bidding on Ebay I have NEVER seen this CD before. Best wishes Grant

has the picture of Hayley with black hair as used on some of the Japanese CD's (Wuthering Heights comes to mind). Hi Grant, Your post lead me to two pictures in the promo singles thread with the following pictures. AND (Thanks Andrew) I take it one of these is on the CD you have just bought ? However a further mystery. Are these not the same photo' reversed ? If this is the case which is the correct one and which is the reversal ? A question for those those that know Hayley well me thinks ! Or perhaps ( as usual ) this has been asked before ! Any answers out there Graham

Hi Graham
The CD I have just bought has an identical picture to the WPTMB CD illustrated in yout post. Other than that it is plain with no text.
I already have a rare US 2 track promo with the same image on the front of the slip case, hence the assumption that this one is US (it's from a US seller) but don't know yet what the rear is like to confirm my thoughts.
I will post pictures when I receive it.
As for whether or not it's a reversed image, well, it could be although the position of the arms look different. Although that may just be because the images are offset
Best wishes Grant

Hi Graham, I believe that one image is the reverse of the other. As Grant commented, the slight difference in appearance is probably explained by the fact that one is cropped and offset. If they are the same image, I believe it is the lower one (in your post) which is the "correct" image. That is the way it appears in the Official PURE Photo Gallery on the official site and therefore in the Pure CD insert. On reflection(!), she looks equally good either way! Roger

Hayley Westenra Promo Odyssey Booklet, CD, Letter Rare Up for bid is a rare promo packet, letter, and CD for the Odyssey by Hayley Westenra. The booklet contains 9 beautiful pages (not including the front and back cover) of pictures of Hayley and commentary about the CD and her history. The CD is in a plastic sleeve with two paper inserts. Here are the tracks: 1) What You Never Know (Won’t Hurt You) 2) Ave Maria 3) Dell’ Amore Non Si Sa 4) Never Saw Blue. The letter is a photocopied on white paper and is addressed dear journalist. Everything is in great condition. The corner of the letter is slightly bent, the corner of the sleeve the CD is in is slightly bent, and the spine of the booklet shows a little bit of wear. Although this is being sold from the United Stats, it originates from Great Britain. Shipping to the United States is $7.00 for first class mail and $9.50 for priority mail. Shipping to anywhere in Great Britain is $24.00 for priority mail (estimated arrival date of 6-10 days.) EBAY LINKP & P a bit steep, are you interested Grant, or anyone else ? Seller is also selling a promo CD and will combine postage + 1 $ Hayley Westenra The Water is Wide Promo CD 2nd EBAY LINKGraham

are you interested Grant, or anyone else ? Hi Graham I spotted this earlier this evening. It appears to be a version of the UK Odyssey press kit, which I already have, although mine did not have the letter. The booklet is beautiful though and well worth having, though I agree that postage is very high. This item is very rare now though and I haven't seen one on Ebay for ages. Best wishes Grant

Oh no, they are using alias's for bidders names, can't tell who's bidding what!....TimJ Yeah, I just noticed that today. It used to be only for the expensive bids, now it's used on all the auctions...something like h***s now. Ebay UK hasn't done this yet.
